Wednesday's Special is ENCHILADA DINNER. $11.50. Dine in only. Corn tortilla enchiladas, your choice of beef or cheese with chili or chicken or spinach with sour cream sauce.

Thursday's Special is PAOLA'S SPECIAL GUISO (16) $13.99 Dine in only. Chunks of beef or chicken fajita meat sautéed with onions, tomatoes and jalapeño peppers, then topped with melted cheddar and monterrey cheese and served with guacamole.

Friday's Special is TACO SALAD. $11.99 Dine in only. A flour tortilla shell filled with your choice of seasoned grond beef or shedded beef with beans or chicken with rice and topped with lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar and monterrey jack cheese; served with guacamole and sour cream.

Saturday's Special is FAJITA LITE. $13.50 Dine in only. Beef or chicken fajitas served with pico de gallo, sour cream, rice and beans.
